DESCRIPTION:Have you satisfied your requirements for sexual harassment training for your employees and supervisors?\n\n\n\nJoin us for a live\, fun and interactive training seminar that will meet the training\n\nrequirements!\n\n\n\nIf your business has 5 or more employees\, by January 1\, 2021 you must complete:\n\n  One hour of interactive sexual harassment training for all employees\;\n\n  Two hours of interactive sexual harassment training for all supervisors.\n\n\n\nSupervisors are anyone with authority to hire\, fire\, assign\, transfer\, discipline\, or reward other employees\, or recommend these actions be taken.\n\n\n\nIf you are still in need of training\, the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce is here to help!\n\n\n\nPRESENTER:\n\n\n\n\n\nDawn Knepper is a Board member of the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce as well as a Chamber member.
