Cruise Departs: 6:30 PM (Please note it will leave at 6:30pm sharp & return at 8:30pm)

The Boat (City Cruises) is across the street at 2431 W. Coast Hwy

Food & Beverage Vendors

Food and beverage vendors with a sponsor table may offer small, pre-made, cold, individually wrapped samples to guests.

Food vendors will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Hornblower Yachts LLC dba City Cruises, with $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own serving supplies, including utensils, plates, napkins, and platters.

 Event Schedule

4:00 PM – Pre-boarding for hosts
4:15–4:30 PM – Vendor check-in & setup
5:15 PM – Guest check-in begins
5:30 PM – Guest boarding & champagne welcome
6:00 PM – Cocktails & hors d’oeuvres
6:30 PM – Cruise departs
7:30–7:45 PM – Raffle
8:15 PM – Return to dock
8:30 PM – Guests disembark
